You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
Payment for courses or workshops must be made in full at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed.
We offer a refund policy as follows:
Online courses: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course has been accessed.
Instructor-led workshops: Refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 5 days prior to the workshop date.
No refunds will be issued for completed courses or after certification has been granted.
We reserve the right to modify course content, pricing, or access terms at any time without notice. Access to courses may be time-limited, and we are not liable for expired access after the designated timeframe.
Certification is awarded only upon successful completion of course requirements. DX.Training reserves the right to withhold certification if we determine that course completion criteria were not met in good faith.
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our content. However, DX.Training is not liable for any errors, omissions, or damages arising from the use of our courses or services.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of our training or consulting services.
