• Hosting.com data centers implement physical and network security controls, redundant power and connectivity, and 24/7 monitoring.

• Hosting.com follows industry-standard compliance practices; specific certifications or audit reports can be provided by Hosting.com upon request.

Application Security

• Our learning platform is built on WordPress and LearnPress, configured with security best practices.

• Wordfence Security provides firewall protection, intrusion detection, and malware scanning.

• Role-based access controls (learner, instructor, admin) are enforced to limit access.

• All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2+, and sensitive data stored in our databases is encrypted at rest.

Monitoring & Incident Response

• Regular updates and vulnerability scans are performed on the platform and plugins before deployment.

• Our team follows a documented change management process, with testing in a staging environment before production release.

• We maintain an incident response plan to investigate and address security issues promptly. Institutions are notified within 48 hours if an incident involves their data.
