Module 1, PMBOK 7 Foundations and Principles (4 hours)
PMBOK 7 shift to principles, 12 principles, principle-based scenario questions, PMI mindset for best-next-action answers.
Module 2, Performance Domains (6 hours)
Stakeholder, Team, Development approach and life cycle, Planning, Project work, Delivery, Measurement, Uncertainty. Domain mapping to real projects and situational questions.
Module 3, People Domain, Leadership and Team (7 hours)
Servant leadership, conflict management, motivation, team development, emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, remote teams, coaching vs directing. Conflict scenarios and leadership decision trees.
Module 4, Process Domain, Predictive, Agile, Hybrid (10 hours)
Predictive basics, change control and CCB logic, procurement, quality, risk vs issue. Agile roles and events, backlog, prioritisation, estimation, agile risk. Hybrid tailoring, governance, conceptual scaling. Scenario drills and tailoring exercises.
Module 5, Business Environment Domain (4 hours)
Business case and benefits, strategy alignment, compliance, governance, value delivery systems, organisational change. Strategy and benefits scenarios.
Module 6, Models, Methods and Artifacts (2 hours)
Communication, leadership, change models. Risk matrix, Kanban, light earned value concepts. Charter, backlogs, risk register, stakeholder register. Match the right artifact to each scenario.
Module 7, Exam Strategy and Practice (1 hour)
How to read PMI questions, eliminate distractors, time management, online vs test-center tips, ethics, mini mock and debrief.
