Website Accessibility Statement

This “website accessibility statement” explains DX.Training’s commitment to WCAG 2.1 AA and AODA and how to request accessible formats or give feedback.

Our Commitment

At DX.Training (operated by Artintech Inc.), we believe learning should be accessible to everyone. We are committed to designing our platform and course materials in ways that remove barriers and support diverse learners.

Accessibility Conformance

  • We have completed a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) against WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA standards.

  • Our platform supports screen readers, keyboard navigation, alt text for images, and captions for multimedia content.

  • WCAG Level AAA criteria have not been formally evaluated.

Accessible Learning Experience

  • Our asynchronous course model allows learners to progress at their own pace, supporting flexibility and inclusivity.

  • Captions and transcripts are provided for pre-recorded videos and other media where possible.

  • Alternative formats (e.g., text versions of course materials) are available upon request.

Continuous Improvement

We are committed to ongoing improvement of accessibility. We welcome feedback from learners and institutional partners. Please contact us at info@dx.training with any accessibility requests or suggestions.
